Eastwood Guitars and Randy Bachman have collaborated on the new Airline Tux Deluxe guitar. Bachman plays the Airline Tuxedo model, and recently pitched the idea for Airline Tux Deluxe, which captures a ’60s vibe with multi-ply binding, flamed maple top and back, and black sides. Technical changes include a Zero-Fret, upgraded tailpiece and custom coil-tapped pickups, giving the player a choice of 70% or 100% of the P-90 output levels.

For those of us who already bought a Tuxedo..is it possible to buy just \the upgraded tailpiece?

That is amazing. I didn’t think the Tuxedo could be any more beautiful.
Good job. I love the binding.
Maybe a goldtop next time? One can wish.
Just bought one online at Streetsounds. Should get it in a few days. Can’t wait, this will be my second airline !
Just recieved my “Tux Deluxe”. WOW what an awsome guitar, more beautiful than the pictures, plays like a dream. This is my second Eastwood Airline Guitar, and I am impressed how well the guitars are setup, your guys are really good. Have had a few “good guitars” nothing felt so good as my Tux. I’m really digging the switchable output on the pickups, very versitile. I like the neck pickup at 100% bridge at 70% with the tone at 7 really sweet. Love Randy’s special touches. Mike and Randy have really come up with a winner, thanks!!!
I saw Hugo play one of these on David Letterman the other night. What a beautiful guitar.
